Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist! In the role of Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide support for our operators and employees who work hard for us every day! We are looking for part time and full time agents to take inbound calls.
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email
  • Identify customer needs and help customers place orders
  • Organize catering orders
  • Help customers place to-go orders
  • Assist with customer feedback/complaints
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features (rewards, online ordering, DoorDash, etc.)
  • Educate customers on our menu
  • This is a remote position in which it is required to reside in a state where we have a Kneaders restaurant (Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, or Colorado).

Customer Support Specialist Requirements include:
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the food service industry is a plus
