Job description

SIXPAC is a business operating system with built-in payments — the software small business owners use to run bookings, memberships, and checkout. We sell to gyms, martial arts schools, salons, trainers, and youth sports academies. Real owner-operators, not enterprise procurement committees.

We're hiring sales reps who are early in their careers and want to learn this the right way. You don't need a sales background. You need to be coachable, competitive, and willing to pick up the phone.

Here's what makes this different from most first sales jobs: every merchant you sign pays us every month they process. As an active rep, you earn a monthly residual on that revenue on top of your base and commission. Sign an account in month two and it's still paying you in month twenty. Your income stacks instead of resetting with every new quota.

You'll get a full ramp — product training, live call coaching, and a dialer with a built-in lead list so you're not hunting for someone to call. We're a bootstrapped 13-person team, so you'll have direct access to leadership and a real say in how we sell.

If you're looking for a place to build a career rather than fill a seat, apply.
What you'll do

  • Outbound calls and follow-up to small business owners
  • Book and run product demos (in person and over video)
  • Collect merchant statements and work with our analyst to build savings proposals
  • Manage your pipeline in our in-house CRM
  • Own the relationship from first call through onboarding

What we're looking for

  • Strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone
  • Competitive, coachable, and organized enough to work a pipeline
  • Reliable and self-directed — this role is fully remote
  • No prior sales experience required; we train
