Job description

Customer Success Compounding Pharmacist

U.S. Customer Onboarding — CurifyLabs

Location: Remote / on-site, with extensive travel across the Central U.S. as needed

Job type: Full-time

CurifyLabs is pioneering 3D printing solutions for personalized medicine. We partner with compounding pharmacies to streamline production, expand what they can offer, and ultimately improve patient care — making personalized treatments faster, safer, and more accessible to the people who need them.

We're looking for a Customer Success Compounding Pharmacist based in the Central U.S. to help bring CurifyLabs technology into new partner pharmacies. You'll work side by side with our team and our customers to demonstrate, train, and champion the practical adoption of our platform — translating innovation into everyday compounding practice.

Your practical experience from compounding pharmacies, or with related technologies, lets you support our customers in a personal, hands-on way. You enjoy bringing the joy of innovation to the field, and you take great care of your customers — you're a born customer-service person, the kind who pharmacies are quietly relieved to see walk through the door.

What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding for new customer pharmacies, ensuring a confident and successful start with CurifyLabs technology.
  • Deliver hands-on guidance, training, and live demonstrations during setup and early production.
  • Be the friendly human face of a very clever machine.
  • Bring a pharmacist's perspective to customer conversations and share insights back with our product and commercial teams.
  • Represent CurifyLabs with professionalism, energy, and genuine enthusiasm for the work.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician based in the Eastern or Central U.S.
  • Hands-on compounding experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable teaching, listening, and building trust quickly.
  • Flexible and at ease with a project-based schedule.
  • Willing to travel for customer visits

Why CurifyLabs

  • Join a cutting-edge company shaping the future of personalized medicine.
  • Collaborate with an international, mission-driven team that's building something genuinely new — and that still finds time to laugh between sprints.
  • See your impact directly — in the pharmacies you support and the patients they serve.

How to Apply

If you're excited about innovation in compounding pharmacy practice and want to help shape the next generation of personalized medicine, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a brief introduction video through our recruitment portal by 31 May.
