Job description

PHARMACY FULFILLMENT TECHNICIAN READY to launch a high-energy, meaningful career where your attention to detail saves lives? At Alliant LTC Pharmacy, we don't just fill prescriptions - we provide peace of mind to the long-term care lives we serve. We are seeking a driven, laser-focused, and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team. This isn't your average entry-level job. This is a fast-paced, structured opportunity to master a specialized pharmacy environment. If you love a fast-moving day, thrive on precision, and want a company that will actively invest in your professional growth through comprehensive cross-training you belong with us. Before we talk about the perks, let's talk about the daily grind. We believe in 100% honesty so we find the perfect match! Responsibilities: • It's Physical: You won't be stuck behind a desk. You will be on your feet, moving, and standing for the duration of your shift. • It's Repetitive but Vital: Preparing multi-dose blister packs and cycle fills requires doing the same precise tasks over and over. If you are someone who finds a 'rhythm' in repetitive tasks and takes pride in flawless execution, you will love this. • Experience: We require some pharmacy background and we require a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn. We will teach you the science, but you have to bring the hustle. • Precision Dispensing: Accurately prepare and dispense medications using specialized multi-dose packaging systems (like blister packs) and cycle fills. • The Power of Cross-Training: Actively participate in our Growth Program, rotating through various pharmacy stations and mastering all sides of our operations. • Inventory & Logistics: Learn to manage stock levels and efficiently organize urgent STAT/Emergency deliveries. Qualifications: What you bring! • Keen attention to detail: You spot the tiny errors others miss. In a high-volume environment, your commitment to accuracy is non-negotiable. • Work Ethic & Reliability: You show up ready to work hard, support your team, and crush your scheduled shifts. • A Growth Mindset: You are hungry to learn, open to feedback, and excited to develop into a specialized long-term care pharmacy professional. • Foundational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be eligible to pursue Missouri State Pharmacy Technician Registration/License upon hire. Compensation: $17. - $18 hourly
