Job Title: Financial Analyst I / Chargebacks Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46256
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Job Summary:

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Financial Analyst I / Chargebacks Analyst to support chargeback processing, dispute resolution, contract compliance, and financial reporting activities. This role will review distributor chargeback submissions, analyze contract terms, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate distributor chargeback submissions against contract terms and pricing agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve chargeback disputes, discrepancies, and claim issues.
  • Partner with contracts teams and external stakeholders to retrieve data and resolve contract-related questions.
  • Prepare reports related to rejections, resubmissions, and chargeback activity.
  • Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and customer agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in financial analysis, chargebacks, deductions, contract analysis, dispute resolution, or accounting operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
