How you'll make an impact in this role

This position resides under The Resource Group, an end-to-end supply chain partner to healthcare organizations across the United States, wholly-owned by Ascension. At The Resource Group, we build strong relationships with provider teams, working alongside them to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses, all in support of delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities for this role can be found below:

Lead and manage complex Master Data Management and Operational Support initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones align with enterprise supply chain objectives.

Oversee the training and rigorous auditing of system requesters to ensure absolute compliance with national purchasing and payables policies and regulatory standards.

Serve as the primary owner of the Requester Support ecosystem, directing the strategy for educational content, emergency alerts, and newsletters to maintain high stakeholder engagement and data literacy.

Synthesize complex data requirements to configure ERP systems for location-specific items, supplier account architectures, and advanced requester profiles to ensure operational continuity.

Lead collaborative efforts with Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments to investigate and resolve sophisticated requester-related discrepancies and systemic process gaps.

Architect custom tools and feedback mechanisms designed to enhance the end-user supply chain experience, utilizing data-driven survey insights to drive continuous process improvements.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
