This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while still being a part of a dedicated and supportive team. The position offers both full-time (over 30 hours per week) and part-time (starting at 5 hours per week) options, providing you with the flexibility to balance personal and professional responsibilities. You will utilize an easy-to-navigate counseling platform that allows seamless video communication with clients, ensuring that therapy sessions are both productive and user-friendly.

• Provide ethical and empathetic mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments at the onset of treatment and continuously throughout the client’s journey to evaluate progress and adapt treatment plans effectively.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic approaches.
• Guide clients in developing effective coping strategies, enhancing their problem-solving abilities, and improving communication skills for better interpersonal interactions.

You will primarily work with low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Our clientele includes individuals seeking assistance with managing stress, anxiety, mild depression, and life transitions. By focusing on low-acuity cases, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives, guiding them toward greater emotional stability and improved overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, enabling independent practice without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology, including a stable Wi-Fi connection and familiarization with counseling software for remote sessions.

Previous experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred, particularly with adult clients in a remote context. Familiarity with telehealth practices and strategies will be advantageous, allowing for a smooth transition into our counseling framework.
