  • Engage with Members: Make daily phone calls to our extensive member database to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Foster Relationships: Maintain consistent communication with members throughout the application process, offering updates, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Support Active Policyholders: Conduct policy reviews, assist with beneficiary changes, and guide members through claims processes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all legal regulations and ethical standards in the management and sale of life insurance policies.
