Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual counseling sessions with clients, focusing on improving their mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and behaviors, thereby fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Act as an advocate for your clients by helping them identify and define therapeutic goals.
• Thoroughly evaluate clients' mental conditions and craft individualized treatment plans utilizing a solution-based approach, drawing from your clinical expertise.
• Document session notes and maintain accurate records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Utilize our all-in-one Counselor Dashboard for managing your appointments, client communications, and administrative tasks seamlessly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele of carefully screened, stable adults who present with low-acuity mental health issues. All clients matched to you will be based on your areas of specialty and demographic preferences, ensuring that you are well-equipped to provide the highest level of care according to your expertise.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold an active license in good standing from the state board—either as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW—and be authorized to practice independently without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic demeanor are essential.
• Proficiency with computer systems and telehealth technology is required to effectively engage with clients and manage counseling processes.

Preferred Experience

While experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred, specific mentorship opportunities will be provided for newly licensed professionals. We value all candidates with a passion for mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on working hours and caseload.
