Medstreaming, a division of Harris; is seeking a Vice President, Research & Development who is a key strategic leader shaping the future of the company.

This role blends technical expertise, business acumen, and people leadership. As VP of R&D, you will oversee core functions including product management, documentation, software development, quality assurance, DevOps, hosting, and infrastructure. You will serve as a mentor across disciplines, driving innovation and operational excellence throughout the organization.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 15%. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationallyincluding Egypt. This includes eitherpassport basedvisa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry intoEgypt.

Salary:

130K - 165K

Travel Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience

  • Experience leading product teams

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the field of healthcare IT

  • Experience with on-premise to cloud migration projects
