Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' needs, identifying both immediate concerns and long-term treatment goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are reflective of each client’s unique circumstances, incorporating various therapeutic approaches.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression, ensuring positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and thorough documentation of client progress, treatment modifications, and any relevant interactions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and remain informed on best practice approaches.
• Stay current with research and developments in social work practices, particularly within the field of substance use and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve individuals undergoing detoxification and those experiencing accompanying mental health issues like anxiety and depression. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, requiring bespoke, solution-focused interventions that enhance their path to recovery. Your role will be pivotal in not just addressing their immediate concerns but also in motivating and empowering them toward long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
