Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments with diverse patients to formulate personalized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Keep precise and timely clinical records, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse client population, comprising individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will assist clients in their journey toward achieving their treatment goals, thereby enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in psychotherapy is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions is expected.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for effective client interactions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
