• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address individual mental health needs.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote client well-being and facilitate goal attainment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver holistic and integrated care for our patients.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, facilitating understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
• Keep abreast of the latest mental health research and methodologies to continuously improve your practice and patient care.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license issued in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to solve problems effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in working with children and adolescents within a clinical setting.

• Previous experience in behavioral health or hospice care settings is a plus.
