Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, enabling tailored interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to guide individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear, achievable goals and strategies which are regularly reviewed and adapted based on client progress.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and community stakeholders to coordinate integrated care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients through immediate challenges and create safer environments.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting peer interaction and shared healing experiences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments, treatment progress, and client communications, following ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, presenting with a myriad of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of various evidence-based treatment modalities and approaches relevant to diverse mental health conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, essential for effective collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of practical experience in mental health or outpatient settings, with a preference for backgrounds involving school-based counseling or programs.
• Experience working with children and adolescents or familiarity with educational settings is an advantage.
• Knowledge of documentation systems and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits
