As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning for clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in an individualized treatment framework.
• Document client progress accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Develop, implement, and assess personalized therapeutic goals to facilitate clients' progress.
• Engage in regular case consultations with fellow team members to share insights and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Advocate for clients, supporting their access to community resources, medication management, and holistic care solutions.

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including children and adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
