Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Jill Frisch & Freeze MiniMart, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help us make informed decisions. You will work closely with our management team to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources, including sales, inventory, and customer data

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the management team

- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business strategies and decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis to continuously improve processes and methodologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You
are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market
data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by
location. The salary range for this position is: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall
corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of our Board.
