As part of our outpatient office setup, you'll work with a diverse team of professionals who are all passionate about mental health. • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the needs of a varied clientele, incorporating approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments that include psychological evaluations, intake interviews, and symptom assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, which may involve individual therapy, couples and family counseling, ensuring a supportive and safe space for clients to express themselves.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic and meaningful treatment goals, monitoring their progress through regular check-ins and reevaluations.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulatory guidelines and ethical standards, utilizing our efficient digital management system.
• Participate in regular team consultations and supervision, fostering a culture of continuous learning and peer support.

Your clientele will consist of individuals from various backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Must hold a full license within the State of Washington to provide therapy independently, such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly those that align with the individual needs of clients.
• Previous work with diverse populations and a demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to various cultural contexts.
• Familiarity with digital documentation and client management systems to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Salary range from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
