• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in conjunction with our clinical team to identify the most effective treatment paths for clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans and crisis management strategies.
• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
• Serve as a liaison with relevant state agencies and community partners to facilitate client access to additional resources and services.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to explore new funding opportunities and partnerships that advance our mission.
• Participate in professional development activities, including attending relevant workshops and conferences, to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Encourage and embody the agency's mission and values while promoting our services within the community.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations.

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and those facing obstacles due to developmental disabilities and brain injuries. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships and understanding their individual stories, which is pivotal in fostering their growth and recovery.

• Master's Degree in a mental health field from an accredited institution is required.
• Current Independent LMHC License in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure, with financial support provided for the licensing process if currently licensed in another state.

• Experience working in a community health setting or similar environment that emphasizes integrated care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, particularly in substance use recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse client populations, applying culturally competent practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and demonstrated skills. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
