• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to thoroughly understand their mental health needs, identifying symptoms, challenges, and strengths.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure platforms to deliver effective treatment and maintain confidentiality, guiding clients through therapeutic exercises, discussions, and progress tracking.

Our clients encompass a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. • A valid and current license in your respective field as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients in a remote setting.
• A strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and active listening, allowing you to connect deeply with clients and support them through their challenges.
• Organizational skills and time management competency to handle multiple client cases and maintain structured documentation.

• Experience in providing remote therapy services through telehealth platforms or equivalent online settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, or others relevant to client needs.
• Keen understanding of ethical practices and compliance standards within the telehealth environment.

• Competitive annual salary of $80,000 to $104,000, adjusted based on annual caseload and performance.
