• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, formulating comprehensive treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
• Engage in ongoing consultations with patients and their families, offering guidance regarding available mental health programs and resources in the community.
• Facilitate referrals to relevant community resources, ensuring that clients receive timely support based on their assessed needs.
• Directly assist clients affected by alcohol or sexual abuse, providing tailored support that enhances their recovery experience.
• Educate and empower clients and their family members concerning medical and behavioral health issues, promoting adherence to treatment plans and wellness strategies.
• Participate in regular supervisory sessions to maintain clinical standards and to discuss case management processes.

Your clientele will consist of diverse individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing varied mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and crisis interventions, your role will be pivotal in supporting clients from different backgrounds, including those within the community and specialized settings such as schools and correctional facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that every individual feels understood and supported in their journey toward mental wellness.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing direct counseling services to clients.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health theories, personality development, and abnormal psychology.
• Proficiency in advanced interview techniques and current mental health trends.

While not mandatory, experience working with specific populations, such as children in school settings or individuals in crisis, will be highly regarded. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth practices, behavioral health interventions, and community resource navigation will enhance the therapeutic experiences provided to our clients.
