Work Environment

As a remote-based counselor operating within a telehealth framework, you will leverage digital communication tools to engage with clients, conduct assessments, and facilitate therapy sessions. This innovative approach not only allows for flexibility in your work schedule—typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm—but also enables you to reach clients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the specific needs of elderly clients to inform individualized care plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions to address a spectrum of emotional challenges associated with aging and life transitions.
• Develop and implement customized therapeutic strategies aimed at promoting mental agility and emotional resilience in seniors.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
