Job description

Maristi Creative is looking for a creative, organized, and culturally tapped-in person to join as our Social Media & Community Management Intern. This is a ground floor opportunity at our growing studio. You'll be hands-on with content, community, and on-site at in person events to assist the founder and production teams.

This role is best suited for a current student or recent graduate looking to grow with a company and take care of a growing community, through social media marketing. Applications close August 5th with a September 1st start date.

What you'll work on:

New ideas for formats and collab posts, bringing our community together (feature posts, collabs.. etc)

Instagram content scheduling, captioning, new ideas for posts

Content creation, repurposing and editing content from our content bank

Daily engagement through dms, comments, and community management
Building and maintaining our email list and invite list community database

On-site support and content capture at NYC activations and retreats
Researching brands, trends, cultural moments, and potential collaborators
Supporting the founder with day-to-day studio communications and coordination

You're a fit if you:
Are currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, events, or a related field

Able to commit 10-15 hours per week
Have a strong Instagram eye and understand how content performs

Well versed in inShot, Instagram Edits, and Canva

Are proactive, reliable, and genuinely excited about food, culture, and community
Want mentorship and hands-on experience growing a studio

Bonus if you're based in NYC
