Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, creating effective and individualized treatment plans based on these findings.
  • Engage in direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to clients' unique backgrounds and situations.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide teletherapy options to clients, offering accessibility to those with mobility challenges or those living in remote areas.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and standards to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of new trends and techniques in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ouachita Mental Peer Support Clinic, you will work with a broad range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
