Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of each client's mental health status and specific needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and challenges.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches and solution-focused techniques tailored to adults facing various mental health concerns.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver seamless virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, displaying a calm demeanor and judicious judgment during high-stress scenarios.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, staying abreast of advancements in mental health best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work primarily with adult clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude, and an understanding of the diverse backgrounds of our clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional record.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling, preferably in a remote or teletherapy environment.
• Familiarity with utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
