Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring they are adapted to meet each client's unique preferences.
• Work closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, supporting them throughout their journey and providing guidance in overcoming challenges.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and supportive counseling, depending on client needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress in compliance with best practices and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will consist of diverse clients facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to foster therapeutic relationships remotely, using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and an understanding approach to client experiences, promoting a safe space for open dialogue and healing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage both therapy sessions and documentation efficiently in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy in telehealth settings with proficiency using digital therapy platforms.
• Previous experience working with a diverse clientele, demonstrating cultural competency and tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Experience in a collaborative work environment that emphasizes peer support and continued professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

• Generous salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
