• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to gain insights into patients' emotional, social, and financial needs.

• Coordinate post-discharge services by liaising with community organizations to ensure continuity of care for our pediatric patients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide immediate emotional support for patients and their families during challenging times.
• Participate in hospital committees and contribute to discussions on social work practices and enhancements in patient care delivery.
