Job Description
Pediatric Physical Therapist - Remote (Part-Time)
Children's Therapy Network - Ventura, CA & Newbury Park, CA
100% Remote | Flexible Schedule | ❤ Mission-Driven Pediatric Therapy
Work From Anywhere - Make a Real Impact with Children's Therapy Network
Children's Therapy Network (CTN) is actively hiring a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing remote therapy team. Since 2004, we've helped over 500 families annually through evidence-based, family-centered care-and we're proud to extend that same standard of excellence through virtual therapy.
This is not a passive "work-in-your-PJs" telehealth role. We're looking for professional, prepared, and engaging OTs who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to measurable outcomes for children and families.
Important: Our clients are located throughout California. You must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST), including after-school hours (typically 2:00-6:30 PM PST). Please confirm your time zone aligns with this need before applying.
Position Overview: Remote Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
This part-time, remote position is ideal for experienced pediatric OTs seeking flexible hours while maintaining clinical excellence. You'll provide telehealth occupational therapy services to children with developmental, sensory, and motor needs-helping them reach functional goals from the comfort of their homes.
Position Requirements:
  • Current California Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (H-1B visa sponsorship not available)
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric OT experience required
  • Previous experience delivering telehealth occupational therapy (references required)
  • Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant workspace
  • Strong communication, caregiver coaching, and documentation skills
  • Must consistently be available during after-school hours (PST)
Why Join Children's Therapy Network?
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience & productivity
  • Flexible scheduling (10-20 hours per week, part-time)
  • Paid documentation time built into your caseload
  • Continuing education support, including:
    • Free access to our nationally recognized Pediatric Telehealth Certification Course (CTN-exclusive)
    • IBCCES Autism Specialist Certification opportunity
  • Collaborative team culture-you'll never feel like you're on your own
  • Ongoing mentorship from senior therapists and clinical leadership
Your Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality teletherapy using engaging, functional interventions
  • Complete virtual evaluations and ongoing treatment plans
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support carryover and progress
  • Attend team meetings, mentorship calls, and training sessions
  • Submit all documentation within 24 hours-no exceptions
  • Maintain clinical productivity as agreed upon
How to Apply
Click "Apply Now" to submit your application. Please include a brief cover letter that tells us:
  • Why remote pediatric therapy is a great fit for you
  • Your experience with telehealth platforms
  • Your availability (confirm that you can work PST/after-school hours)
