• Coordinate with educational staff and Reentry Social Workers to facilitate appropriate discharge planning services for students transitioning out of intensive care.
• Lead and develop targeted group therapy sessions for students experiencing mental health challenges, promoting social skills and emotional regulation.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision sessions with your supervisor, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous professional development.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences to discuss treatment planning and progress for students receiving mental health services.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up care as needed, ensuring timely and effective support for students in distress.
• Supervise and mentor social work interns or student volunteers, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
