Exceptional communication, empathy, problem-solving, and adaptability are valuable soft skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a virtual setting. These competencies ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and smooth coordination within interdisciplinary teams, even when working remotely.
