Job description

About Us

At Office Ally, we've been revolutionizing healthcare administration since our inception. What started as a clearinghouse focused on simplifying insurance claims processing for healthcare providers has grown into a full-suite healthcare technology company. We offer a range of affordable, cloud-based revenue cycle management solutions –from eligibility verification and claims management to revenue recovery and payment processing –that help healthcare organizations of all sizes streamline operations and reduce administrative burdens so they can focus on what matters most: patient care.

In April 2026, Office Ally acquired Jopari Solutions, Inc, a leader in straight-through electronic claims processing for Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial, and Government healthcare. Jopari brings deep industry expertise and innovative enterprise payment solutions that are transforming how disbursements are handled across the insurance ecosystem. Together, we are expanding our capabilities across the full healthcare transaction lifecycle, connecting claims, payments, and data exchange to deliver a more seamless and efficient experience for providers, payers, and partners.

At the core of our company are four key values that guide our mission and work:

  • Ownership: We take pride in our responsibilities, driving results and taking accountability for the success of our projects.
  • Empowerment: We believe in giving our team the autonomy and support to make decisions that lead to innovative solutions.
  • Innovation: We continuously seek new and better ways to improve healthcare administration, embracing creativity and forward-thinking technology.
  • Transparent Communication: Open, honest communication is at the heart of our collaborations, internally and with our clients, ensuring alignment and trust.

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Payer Partnerships to join our growing enterprise organization. This role is responsible for managing, growing, and expanding strategic relationships with Office Ally's existing commercial, IPA/MSO and government health plan clients.

The RVP of Payer Partnerships serves as a trusted advisor to payer executives, helping them maximize the value of Office Ally's fully integrated end-to-end payer platform — including claims infrastructure, clinical data exchange, electronic attachments, and modern payment rails — to improve operational efficiency and meet evolving regulatory requirements such as CMS-0057-F and CMS-0053-F.

With the acquisition of Jopari Solutions, this role plays a critical part in driving adoption and expansion of modern payment capabilities — including ACH, virtual credit cards, and checks — across the existing payer base. Leveraging deep integrations and one of the industry's broadest healthcare transaction networks, this role ensures clients are fully utilizing Office Ally's platform while identifying new opportunities for growth.

This is a strategic, relationship-driven role requiring deep payer expertise, executive engagement, and the ability to uncover expansion opportunities within complex organizations. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of account growth, retention, and cross-sell/upsell success within the payer, clearinghouse, or healthcare technology ecosystem.

By partnering closely with existing clients, the Regional Vice President of Payer Partnerships drives platform adoption, accelerates payment modernization, supports regulatory readiness, and enables more efficient, connected provider and patient experiences.

This is a remote position supporting a portfolio of payer accounts across the United States.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic payer accounts, driving overall relationship health, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on expansion opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell of Office Ally's platform capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships with key payer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify and drive adoption of additional solutions such as payment modernization (ACH, VCC, checks), clinical data exchange, and regulatory support capabilities.
  • Partner with Payer Partner Managers, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), strategic planning sessions, and executive alignment meetings with clients.
  • Monitor client performance, usage trends, and satisfaction to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage complex expansion sales cycles within existing accounts from discovery through close.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within CRM systems such as Salesforce.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or client partnerships, with direct experience working with health plans/payers.
  • Proven track record of growing and retaining enterprise accounts, including expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Strong understanding of payer operations, clearinghouse services, EDI transactions, and/or payment solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex health plan organizations and engage executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement

Nice to Have

  • Established and active sales network within the health plan/payer, clearinghouse, and EDI ecosystem.
  • Experience with payment modernization, regulatory mandates, or healthcare interoperability initiatives.
  • Sales-related certifications or formal sales training (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, SPIN, or similar).

Travel Requirements

  • This role requires up to 30% travel, which may include client meetings, team gatherings, or company events, and attendance at industry tradeshows.
  • Travel will typically be scheduled in advance and supported by the company.

Pay Transparency

Office Ally is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices in alignment with pay transparency laws. Compensation for this position may vary based on individual skills, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other benefits. Actual compensation will be determined considering the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.

Office Ally Pay Transparency
$140,000—$160,000 USD

Why You'll Love Working at Office Ally

At Office Ally, your work has a direct impact on healthcare providers and their ability to deliver exceptional care. We're driven by a mission to simplify healthcare administration, making it easier for providers to focus on what they do best—helping patients. As an Office Ally employee, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to deliver exceptional service and software solutions to our clients in the healthcare space.
