We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and HR systems across our multi-state organization. This role will partner closely with and report to the CEO to build scalable HR infrastructure, standardize policies across locations, and support a consistent employee experience for approximately 250 employees (and growing) across Tennessee and Georgia. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple functions within the company including Payroll, HRIS, Employee Relations, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, HRIS data entry, and updating employee information.
Administer employee benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and terminations, and serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries.
Support employee relations initiatives, including addressing employee queries, grievances, and general HR inquiries.
Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
Constant use of a computer, laptop, keyboard, mouse, and other office productivity machinery.
Frequent communication via video conferencing, phone, and email. Must be able to accurately exchange information, present data, and converse with employees.
Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
