• Conduct virtual sessions with clients through our secure telehealth platform, offering therapeutic support and strategies for mental health improvement.
• Manage a flexible schedule, with the ability to work as little as 5 hours a week or build a full caseload of 40+ hours, accommodating your personal and professional commitments.
• Utilize our platform's tools to minimize administrative tasks, focusing more on client interactions while the system handles necessary documentation.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, families, and organizational staff to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Set personalized client demographics based on expertise and preferences, receiving appropriately screened clients who are stable and low acuity.
• Engage with a wide range of therapy resources, accessing a library of thousands of tools specifically designed for use in virtual environments.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong communication skills for professional interactions with clients, families, and administrative staff are essential.
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, private workspace at home in accordance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
• Proven experience managing your own caseload in a clinical or counseling setting.

• Experience working with remote patient care or teletherapy.
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms and tools.
• Dual or multi-state certifications are significantly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and full-time commitment.
