In your role as an LCSW, you will carry a caseload of clients, each with unique mental health challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
• Maintaining precise and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and relevant state and federal regulations.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Participating actively in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights and enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge to make informed decisions about treatment options and available community resources.
• Staying current with emerging research and best practices in mental health through continuous professional development and application of new knowledge in clinical practice.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focused on delivering psychotherapy services to a variety of populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy and other therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate productive relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and address client needs.
• A collaborative spirit conducive to working in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience in a remote or telehealth setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and networks to assist clients in accessing additional support services.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain documentation efficiently.
