Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Bilingual Woodland Hills, CA Overview: Our company, specializing in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM), is seeking a bilingual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient engagement and clinical care coordination. This role focuses on patient outreach, program participation, and collaboration with the medical team to help improve patient outcomes.
