As an LCSW at Oasis of Serenity Healthcare, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs and preferences of each patient.
• Providing psychotherapy services utilizing various evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborating actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate patient care and share insights to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Engaging in regular peer reviews and case consultations to promote the highest standards of professional practice.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their care journey.
• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to continually enhance clinical competencies and deliver effective treatments.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and chronic illness. Patients at our hospice center often face complex emotional and psychological challenges, requiring a sensitive and knowledgeable approach to therapy. You will be instrumental in developing trust and rapport with patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and supportive therapeutic environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• At least three years of experience in a clinical setting with a demonstrated focus on providing psychotherapeutic services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate within the treatment team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical situations.
• The capacity to work efficiently in a remote team environment while managing a full caseload.

Preferred candidates will have additional experience in hospice care settings, enhancing their understanding of the unique emotional needs of patients at end-of-life stages. Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote patient management will be beneficial.
