Job description

A fast-paced healthcare support team is hiring Outreach Agents to assist with medical record retrieval from provider offices. This role is ideal for candidates with strong call center experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet hourly and daily production goals.
Position Overview
Outreach Agents make and receive calls to provider offices to request medical charts needed for insurance review. This is a remote, full-time position requiring a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and strict adherence to productivity and quality standards.

  • Position Title: Remote Medical Outreach Agent
  • Pay: $16.00/hr. Weekly pay, full time
  • Training and Production schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM M-F CST
  • Equipment: Shipped directly to your home

**MUST BE LOCAL TO HOUSTON AND OR DALLAS, TEXAS**
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform outbound calls to provider offices to obtain medical charts
  • Review notes and follow established procedures before each call
  • Secure commitments from providers to submit required medical records
  • Toggle between multiple systems and screens efficiently
  • Maintain accuracy in call dispositioning and documentation
  • Follow all SOPs, security protocols, and telecommuting policies
  • Meet utilization, quality, schedule, and attendance KPIs

Requirements
  • Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center or high-volume data entry experience.
  • Ability to meet hourly/daily KPIs
  • Have access to a computer/laptop to complete and pass the Computer Assessments
  • Internet Speed: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Must be able to complete and pass an in-person drug screen
