• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to each individual's unique circumstances.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members, families, and relevant stakeholders regarding client progress and care strategies.
• Develop and provide a structured schedule for appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor client development and ensure effective service delivery.
• Coordinate home visits that may include in-home evaluations, chart reviews, and consultations with family members to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Monitor the implementation of treatment plans to ensure that protocols are being correctly followed and that clients receive optimal support.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights and discussing client progress to improve overall treatment strategies.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes accurately to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facilitate ongoing evaluations of care.
• Organize and conduct training for staff members to ensure their competency in utilizing program implementation protocols and documentation processes.
• Provide follow-up support through interviews, home visits, and observations to help sustain a client’s growth and address any emerging issues.
• Keep meticulous records to ensure information is accessible to authorized individuals involved in the client’s care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community to promote awareness and gather support for program goals.
• Contribute to the development of procedures and training materials aimed at enhancing service delivery for our clients.

This role involves working with diverse populations, including both adults and youth facing a range of mental health challenges. You will address various issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance misuse, leveraging your expertise to foster resilience and recovery in your clients.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to improve service delivery and documentation practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills, enhancing your ability to work effectively across diverse client backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to function collaboratively as part of a healthcare team to achieve favorable patient outcomes.

• Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse therapy are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in remote counseling practices is beneficial for adapting to a virtual work environment.

• The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000, depending on experience and caseload.
