Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Providing individual and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to promote emotional growth and resilience.
• Collaborating with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals while tracking their progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offering teletherapy services, ensuring clients have access to mental health support regardless of their circumstances or logistics.
• Maintaining accurate and ethical documentation of clinical interactions in compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment modalities, including addiction therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
