Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on establishing rapport and encouraging open discussions of emotions and experiences.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans using your clinical expertise, ensuring a solution-focused approach that adapts to client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily engage with a demographic of stable adults who present with low acuity mental health needs. All clients are carefully screened prior to being assigned to you, ensuring that you are matched with individuals whose cases align with your expertise and comfort level. You will have the autonomy to select preferred demographics, allowing you to focus on those you feel best aligned to help.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required. Note: No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates must not have any history of disciplinary actions against their licenses.
• A demonstrated capacity to make professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic demeanor that facilitate meaningful client interactions.
• Proficiency in using technology and software required for remote patient engagement.

Preferred Experience

Experience in clinical settings where you have managed diverse client needs, especially in virtual environments, will be a plus. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, contingent upon hours worked and overall performance.
