Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various therapeutic treatment models including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy during one-on-one or group counseling sessions, addressing clients' specific needs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, guiding them in best practices and ensuring a high standard of care.
  • Collaborate with external community professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' multifaceted needs, ensuring a cohesive approach to mental health care.
  • Conduct crisis assessment and intervention, evaluating patients' urgency and directing them to appropriate services in real-time.
  • Deliver training sessions and educational workshops on clinical topics to colleagues and community members, enhancing overall health literacy and support.
  • Carry out thorough initial assessments, including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments, to formulate precise mental health diagnoses following DSM V criteria.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines, aiming for optimal patient recovery and wellness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse clientele, predominantly focusing on maternal mental health and supporting individuals from medically underserved backgrounds. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the social determinants of health and the ability to address the unique challenges faced by these populations.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MSW, MFT, MA, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
