Key Qualifications:
- Active Maryland SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed for recent graduates
- Prior experience with school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Only onsite roles are available at this time (remote/hybrid not available)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
- Complete required documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support multiple locations within the district, adapting therapy to diverse student needs
