• Must hold a valid LMFT license in Maryland.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Specialized training in addiction counseling and knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders are essential.
• Demonstrated therapeutic skills with a solid understanding of family systems and developmental psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in a community health setting or working with underprivileged populations is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience providing remote therapy sessions is a plus.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
