About The Role
As Product Manager, Fulfillment & Delivery, you will own the systems, integrations, and operational processes that get every Hone patient their medications on time, every time. You will report directly to the Head of Product Management and partner closely with our engineering, pharmacy, clinical, and operations teams to build reliable, scalable fulfillment infrastructure across both Rx and non-Rx product lines.
What You'll Do
  • Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, spanning prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, and the tooling that powers Hone's pharmacy technology and operations teams
  • Own end-to-end medication delivery reliability, defining the metrics, building the visibility, and partnering across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure every patient receives their medication on time, every time
  • Partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship reliable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers
  • Define and track KPIs including first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, and manual operational hours
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual fulfillment workflows
  • Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

About You
  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally as a PM working closely with backend systems, third-party integrations, and operational teams
  • Strong technical fluency - comfortable reading API docs, writing integration specs, and partnering closely with engineers on architecture decisions
  • Experience shipping fulfillment, supply chain, pharmacy, or logistics products. Healthcare or DTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Experience owning operational reliability metrics end-to-end
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation Range
$130,000 - $160,000 based on location and experience
