This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from your desired location while maintaining a work-life balance crucial for mental health professionals. • Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to support their mental health and well-being.
• Facilitate discussions regarding emotions and personal experiences, aiding clients in gaining insights into their lives and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining actionable goals tailored to their unique needs.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and formulate, implement, and adjust treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach grounded in your clinical expertise.

Your clients will consist of stable adults with low acuity needs—carefully screened individuals who can benefit from mental health support without presenting severe mental health challenges. • Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensing: You must hold a full, unrestricted license in good standing to practice independently, acceptable licenses include:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling setting is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a computer-savvy disposition are essential to thrive in this role.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on your working hours and caseload. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
