• Engage in individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat platforms, utilizing evidence-based approaches to improve mental health outcomes.
• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions and life experiences, fostering self-awareness and facilitating personal growth.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying their goals and developing actionable strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and craft comprehensive treatment plans rooted in your clinical expertise.
• Remain flexible in your scheduling to meet the diverse needs of clients, providing prompt support while maintaining a full caseload.

You will primarily work with clients who have been prescreened and exhibit stable mental health conditions with low acuity. This structured approach reduces the risk of crisis situations and allows you to implement positive interventions that promote overall wellness. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Possession of an independent license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the state board. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Proven ability to make professional evaluations and decisions effectively regarding treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate the therapist portal and manage virtual client sessions effectively.

• Experience working in a community health setting or similar environment is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with telehealth platforms would be beneficial in adapting to our remote work model.
• Familiarity with diverse populations and cultural competency in therapy practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
