This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while primarily functioning from an outpatient office environment. Our team operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life experience. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and practical self-care strategies to enhance their wellbeing.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care, maximizing the therapeutic benefits for our clients.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously improve the effectiveness of therapy offered.

The successful candidate will engage with a diverse client population, focusing primarily on individuals and families facing mood disorders. • Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Empathy and a genuine understanding of clients' concerns, accompanied by a nonjudgmental attitude that fosters a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills that support effective case load management and administrative duties.

While we value candidates with a strong foundation in therapy, prior experience in addiction counseling or working with clients dealing with complex emotional issues is advantageous. Familiarity with modern therapeutic interventions will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
