Job description

Role Purpose
Executes paid ads campaigns and supports strategy; trains interns while developing campaign and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist with the launch and management ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, geofencing)
  • Manage team production of keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign optimizations
  • Data analysis and performance reporting fundamentals
  • Mentor Interns and support senior staff

Salary Range
  • $45,000-$55,000

Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Primarily remote, with optional opportunities to collaborate in person at the Orlando, Florida office.
  • Up to two required in-person events per year.
  • Availability during core working hours as defined by their team and typically overlap with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time, unless otherwise defined by department leadership.
  • Primarily sedentary work in an office with minimal distractions.
  • Learn and memorize tasks; execute tasks independently; apply knowledge and use judgment to handle situations.
  • Occasionally exert up to 5 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise utilize and move standard office equipment and objects. When attending conferences or other events, occasionally exert up to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise utilize and move objects.
  • Perform repetitive motions; substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers for computer keyboard operation.
  • Use near visual acuity to operate a computer, read, and prepare documents.
  • Speak and hear to communicate with team members and clients primarily by video conference.
