Responsibilities:
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in regards to the following:
- Direct and facilitateclinical practitioneronboarding process
- Evaluate prospective practitioner credentials for placement suitability at hospital client within reasonable timeframes
- Identify issues withclinical practitioners or clients and communicate any issues timely to the team
- Recommend action in regards toclinical practitioneronboarding
- Work with Medical Staff Administration Specialist, who is assigned to respective facilities, as needed, to arrange primary and/or supervising collaboration with medical and/or Nursing boards
- Anticipateand remedypotential delays inclinical practitioneronboarding
- Promote and enforce data integrity.
- Work with MSL Leads to:
- Increase standardization across department.
- Improve and adhere to processes.
- Provide feedback on systems.
- Maintain accurate database information
- Believe that file quality is essential to becoming Best in Class and put effort in your work that this belief shows in each file submitted to a hospital client.
- Develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
- Determine appropriate course of conduct to achieve successful outcomes
- Initiate and coordinate Risk Review Process
- Communicate frequently with internal and external customers
- Act as liaison between Company,clinical practitioner, and Client
- Provide consistent and thorough updates toclinical practitioner, regional team, and Client

Pay Range:
18.00 - 26.00 USD per hourThis range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
