Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Senior Technology Engineer for our client in the Banking domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract to Hire position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire

Location: Pittsburgh, PA – open for Dallas, TX or Strongsville, OH. Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote REQUIRED

Salary: $120,000-$130,000/Annually

Role: Senior Technology Engineer

Primary Skills: JavaScript

Role Description: The Senior Technology Engineer must have 6-8 years of experience.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field) or equivalent work experience required.

- ServiceNow background, Prior Banking

- 6-8 years of experience in designing and developing Order Guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers.

- Build and maintain integration with other systems via REST/SOAP API, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.

- Strong knowledge of ITSM modules: Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge.

- Hands-on experience customizing ServiceNow and implementing HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Agent Workspace.

- Experience with Integrated Risk Management and Service Portfolio Management.

- ServiceNow System Administration Certified (preferred).

Duties:

- Design and develop Order Guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers.

- Implement HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Agent Workspace with strong ITSM knowledge (Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge).

- Build/maintain integrations via REST/SOAP API, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.

- Customize ServiceNow with UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Glide/JavaScript/Ajax.

- Service Portfolio Management (SPM): Agile Development, PPM, Demand, Resource, Innovation, Cost, Test, Portfolio & Strategic Planning, Investment Funding, Scenario Planning.

- Integrated Risk Management (IRM): Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Cybersecurity Dashboards, Continuous Monitoring, Regulatory Change, Use Case Accelerators, GRC Metrics, and Compliance Case Management.

Education: High School Degree and Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field) or equivalent work experience required.
