What You'll Do
As a Remote Phone Booker, you'll help keep our recruiting process running efficiently by:
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest in our opportunities
  • Confirm candidate interest and answer basic scheduling questions
  • Schedule appointments using our online calendar system
  • Follow up with candidates who missed or need to reschedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate notes and update candidate records in our recruiting system
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text when appropriate
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep the interview pipeline moving efficiently
