• A minimum educational requirement of a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a demonstrable understanding of remote therapy methodologies.
